For Umrah, we recommend 3–6 months. For Hajj, 9–14 months — seats are limited by the Saudi quota and sell out quickly. Luxury and family packages can sometimes be arranged on shorter notice; call us to check.

You're exactly who we were built for. Our team handles visa paperwork, flights, currency, SIM cards, and airport-to-airport transport. A coordinator calls you weekly in the month before departure to walk through every step.

Yes. Our Family packages are designed around them — connecting rooms, children's prep workbooks, gentler paces, and optional childcare during tawaf. We've taken children as young as three.

Deposits are refundable up to 90 days before departure. Between 90 and 30 days, we refund 60% and credit the balance toward a future trip. Within 30 days, travel insurance applies — which we help every pilgrim arrange.

Yes — we ask at booking and plan around them. We've had pilgrims travel in wheelchairs, with dialysis schedules, with celiac disease, and with very young children. Tell us what you need; we'll arrange it.

Yes. After a 20% deposit, the remaining balance can be paid over 4–9 monthly installments, depending on the package. We also offer sadaqah-funded scholarships for a small number of community-nominated pilgrims each year.
